I am a painter of public space primarily, I seek refuge in chance encounters, architectural nuances, an omnipresence of hope in a hopeless situation. Looking to infuse the banal with energy and grasp the present with full flare. I am looking for a way to connect to my environment, to twist and break rules and conventions as we must do in order to forge a new way through the thick tangle of the looming future. I am searching for collaborators, residencies, normal people who can aid in this journey, who have similar ideas concerning architecture and public space. We have to reclaim buildings and show the city that there is more to our lives than an endless stream of retail and sensation.
